1. In order to ensure the quality of masonry, when the shape and size of refractory brick can not meet the requirements of masonry quality after selection, it must be processed.
2. The precision degree of refractory brick processing is determined according to the quality requirements of masonry
1) refractory bricks for special masonry, to be processed in a precise manner (distortion error less than 0.25 mm) .
2) refractory bricks for class I masonry, carefully machined first (distortion error less than 0.5 mm) .
3) the refractory bricks used for Class II masonry shall be sorted first and then processed if the size of the bricks can not meet the quality requirements of the masonry (the distortion error is less than 1mm) .
